All Hastrman Rebreathers use tried
and tested PPO2
electronics. The three display readout is backlit and
activated by a magnetic reed switch. The cut pipe covering
the display tube has a magnet embedded in it and switches
the display off for transport and storage, it is removed
for diving. The backlighting was hard-wired on due to low
visibility environment (cave, silt) routinely encountered
by EDL CzN divers. The blue calibration pots can be seen
on the left side of the tube. The three display PPO2 monitor
is housed in a clear PVC tube closed by custom machined
plugs. Golem rebreather have extra plugs and clear tube
